OF THE CENTRAL ELECTION COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

On Approval of the Regulations on Observers from Foreign States and International Organizations Participating in the Referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In accordance with Article 18 of the Law “On Referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and Article 16 of the Election Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides as follows:
1. Approve the Regulations on Observers from Foreign States and International Organizations Participating in the Referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to the Annex.
2. Declare the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 150 dated December 27, 2001, “On the Regulations on Observers from Foreign States and International Organizations Participating in the Referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan” to be no longer in force.
3. Publish this Resolution on the official website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. Control over the implementation of this Resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan - B. Kuchkarov.
