Today is the last day of the election campaign for the candidates for deputies and political parties participating in the elections of deputies to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and local Councils (Kengashes). 
Campaigning is not permitted on Election Day, October 27, and on the day before voting begins, October 26.

 It is also prohibited to publish (disclose) the results of opinion polls, predictions of election results and other studies in connection with the elections, including publication in data communication networks and on the Internet, on Election Day and on the day before voting begins.

Election campaign materials previously placed in buildings, structures and other locations do not have to be removed on Election Day or the day before voting.
