Monitoring groups formed from universities located in Tashkent are directly responsible for organizing and ensuring the quality of training of candidates for election commissions in the regions to which they are attached.
Monitoring groups are attached to the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent, and they are assigned the following tasks:

Development of a monitoring schedule in the context of districts in the relevant region.
Control over the timely organization of the educational process by regional trainers (responsible) in buildings designated for PEC.
Provide methodological and practical support to regional trainers (responsible) to improve the educational process.
Monitoring compliance with training programs by regional trainers (responsible) and evaluating the quality of training. Providing practical assistance or taking measures to eliminate the identified shortcomings.
Providing methodological guidance to regional trainers (responsible) on improving the educational process by conducting master classes.
Analyzing the level of use of the e-learning platform and providing practical assistance in eliminating problems and shortcomings.
Assessment of students' knowledge based on selection at the end of the training course by individual interview and discussion of the results with regional trainers (responsible).
Conducting testing of students at the end of the training course and discussing the results with regional trainers (responsible).
Defects committed in the first round of lessons and taking measures to prevent their recurrence in the next round of lessons.
Timely submission of information on the results of the monitoring group's activities to the republican and regional headquarters.
