In accordance with the Constitution, Mongolia is a parliamentary republic. The term of office of the State Great Khural of Mongolia is four years.

The image is then updated to reflect the situation in all polling stations with access to the online broadcast. The GEC Information Centre provides preliminary data on the voting process at hourly intervals throughout the day.

Voting will continue until 22:00 local time. At the same time, in accordance with the law, voters who are in line to receive a ballot paper in the polling station's voting room may vote even after the end of the official voting time.
