October 4-5, 2003 – a group of initiators-a layer of owners consisting of representatives of small businesses, entrepreneurs and farmers, highly qualified specialists of production and management personnel, took the initiative to form a nationwide political organization, that is, a party, which represents and protects the interests of businessmen.

October 7, 2003-President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov met with members of this initiative group.

November 15, 2003 – the founding congress of the movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen-Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan was held. At it, the party program and Charter were approved, the composition of the Political Council and the central control and Inspection Commission was elected.

On the same day, Toshmatov Kabylijon Fattokhovich was elected chairman of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of the movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen – the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.

December 3, 2003 – movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen-Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

January 1, 2004-the first issue of the socio-political newspaper" XXI century " was published.

May 24, 2004 – at the next II session of the Political Council of Uzlidep, Akhmedzhanov Makhamadjon Akhmedovich was elected chairman of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of the action of entrepreneurs and businessmen-the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.

December 26, 2004-the party successfully participated for the first time in the elections to the Legislative Chamber of the OECD and the Regional, District and city councils of people's deputies. With 41 MPs, Özlidep formed the largest faction in Parliament. 1,908 deputies were also elected to local councils of people's deputies.

2005 – on the initiative of the movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen-the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, the National Association of NGOs of Uzbekistan was founded. It was through the efforts of this association that more than 400 NGOs operating in our country today and serving to protect the interests of different segments of the population merged into a single structure. The party is in favor of providing close support to the activities of this organization.

March 19, 2005 – at the next V session of the Political Council of Uzlidep, Teshaboyev Mukhammadyusuf Mutalibjonovich was elected chairman of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of the movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen-the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.

July 25, 2005 – extraordinary III Congress of the movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen-Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan was held. It included amendments and additions to the party's program and Charter.

2006 – the Center for the support of entrepreneurship and farming was established at the founding of the movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen-the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan. To date, the legal rights and interests of about 4,000 entrepreneurs and farmers have been defended by the Center. In addition, a number of laws were adopted in the Parliament of the country that legally regulate entrepreneurial activity, as well as amendments and additions to the relevant legislative acts by the government.

December 7, 2006-the VIII session of the Political Council of Uzlidep was held. It addressed the issue of nominating candidates for the seats vacated by the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

November 6, 2007 – IV Congress of the movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen-Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan was held. It addressed the issue of nominating from Uzlidep in the next election for the presidency of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The party decided to nominate Islam Abduganievich Karimov to the presidency of the Republic of Uzbekistan by S'ezdi. At this meeting I.Karimov attended a lecture entitled" faithfully serving our motherland and people is supreme bliss".

December 27, 2007 – the election for the presidency of the Republic of Uzbekistan was won by Islam Abduganiyevich Karimov, a candidate from the action of entrepreneurs and businessmen-Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.

September 20, 2008-an expanded session of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of Uzlidep was held. It addressed the issue "on the state of affairs and next tasks carried out by party structures and parliamentary groups within the framework of the implementation of the requirements of the constitutional law"on the implementation of the programmatic functions of the party and"on the renewal and further democratization of Public Administration and strengthening the role of political parties in the modernization of the country".

December 27, 2009-Uzlidep successfully participated in elections to the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Uzbekistan and to the regional, district and city councils of people's deputies. With 53 seats, Özlidep formed the largest faction in Parliament for the second time. 2,159 deputies were also elected to local councils of people's deputies.

February 2, 2010 – at the initiative of the Uzlidep faction in the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Uzbekistan, an agreement was signed between the factions of the movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen-the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, the Democratic Party of national reconstruction and the Social Democratic Party of Uzbekistan "Justice" to merge into the bloc of Democratic Forces.

December 18, 2010-the II session of the Political Council of Uzlidep was held. It approved the program of specific targeted complex measures of Uzlidep, aimed at the implementation of priorities arising from the lecture of President Islam Karimov entitled "further deepening democratic reforms in our country and the concept of the development of civil society".

July 15, 2011-at the initiative of the Uzlidep faction in the parliament, for the first time in the history of the country, the report of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan "on the progress of the implementation of the state program for the year of small business and private enterprise "was heard at a joint meeting of the legislative chamber and Senate of the

March 31, 2012-the IV session of the Political Council of Uzlidep was held. It examined the issues of the" concept of further deepening democratic reforms in our country and the formation of civil society "and the implementation of the state program" year of a strong family " on party projects implemented by Uzlidep in 2012.

December 2, 2013 – at the next VI session of the Political Council of Uzlidep, Sadigjon Turdiyev was elected chairman of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of the entrepreneurs and businessmen movement-the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.

2012 – the general agreement on mutual cooperation was signed between the Executive Committee of the Political Council of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan and the Chamber of Commerce and industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan. At present, within the framework of this agreement, appropriate measures are being implemented to closely study the problems of subordinates and eliminate them in a timely manner.

2013 – the general agreement on mutual cooperation was signed between the Executive Committee of the Political Council of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan and the Council of farmers of Uzbekistan. In cooperation with the Council of farmers of Uzbekistan and its territorial structures, uzlidep considers the main task to further develop the farm movement, study the problems faced by farmers, solve them, and further intensifies the work in this regard.

September 13, 2014 – the action of entrepreneurs and businessmen-an expanded meeting of the Executive Committee of the Ciyosiy Council of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan was held, which discussed the active participation of Uzlidep in the elections to the Legislative Chamber of the Supreme Assembly and local councils of people's Deputies of 2014 and other important issues.

September 30, 2014 – VIII session of the Ciyosiy Council of the movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen-Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan was held. It discussed the activities of Uzlidep to ensure active participation in the elections to the Legislative Chamber of the Supreme Assembly and local councils of people's deputies, as well as the next priorities, the project of the campaign program of the movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen - the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, the convening of the next Congress of Uzlidep and, in this regard, the holding

October 31, 2014 – VI Congress of the movement of entrepreneurs and businessmen-Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan was held. On the agenda of the Congress, the issues of summing up and future plans of the party's past 5 years of work, as well as preparations for the upcoming elections, which are considered an important political event in the life of our country, were thoroughly considered, discussed and appropriate decisions were made.
