RESOLUTION

OF THE CENTRAL ELECTION COMMISSION

OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

ON APPROVAL OF THE REGULATION ON THE PROCEDURE FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF ELECTION POLLING STATIONS IN PLACES OF DETENTION AND IMPRISONMENT

In accordance with Articles 14 and 16 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan hereby decides:

1. To approve Regulation on the procedure for the organization of election polling stations in places of detention and imprisonment according to annex.

2. To consider invalid the twelfth subparagraph of paragraph 1, and Annex 11 to the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 618 dated 11 September 2014 “On approval of normative legal acts connected with carrying out elections to the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

3. To publish this resolution on the official website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. To impose control over execution of this resolution on the Deputy Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan M.Istamov.
