RESOLUTION
OF THE CENTRAL ELECTION COMMISSION
OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
ON APPROVAL OF THE INSTRUCTION ON PROCEDURE FOR FINANCING PREPARATION AND CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS FOR THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN, DEPUTIES OF THE LEGISLATIVE CHAMBER OF THE OLIY MAJLIS, THE JOGORKI KENESH OF THE REPUBLIC OF KARAKALPAKSTAN, REGIONAL, DISTRICT AND CITY KENGASHES OF PEOPLE'S DEPUTIES, AS WELL AS USE OF FUNDS
In accordance with Articles 14, 16 and 98-100 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan hereby decides:
1. To approve the Instruction on procedure for financing preparation and conduct of elections for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, the Jogorki Kenesh of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional, district and city Kengashes of People's deputies, as well as use of funds according to annex 1.
2. To consider invalid some resolutions of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to annex 2.

3. To make amendments to some resolutions of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to annex 3.
* Annex 3 is not provided.
4. To send this resolution:
to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional, district, city election commissions, political parties;
to publish on the official website of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. To impose control over execution of this resolution on the Deputy Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan M.Istamov.
