In order to systematically and regularly implement the state policy on youth, the Youth Affairs Agency and the Youth Academy aimed at wide involvement of young people in science were established. There are more than 830 non-governmental non-profit organizations that protect the interests of boys and girls.

"Youth Parliament" operates under the Legislative Chamber and Senate of the Oliy Majlis in order to discuss issues related to youth in the parliament, to strengthen the special attention of the members of the parliament to youth issues. This advisory body, which serves as a political platform, allows young people to directly monitor the activities of the parliament, involve them in the law-making process, carry out propaganda among young people, solve the problems that are on the minds of young men and women with their participation, potential young people it is an important factor in supporting personnel and preparing them for civil service, forming a sense of belonging to the fate of the country, and increasing their potential in state management.

A number of documents are being adopted in order to implement the state policy aimed at the youth in a continuous, efficient and modern way. In the State Program for the implementation of the "Year of Youth Support and Public Health Promotion", the attention paid to the youth in our country, the conditions created in various spheres of society's life, is aimed at their realization of their potential and finding their place in life, in particular , covering as many young people as possible with higher education, a number of activities such as the education of talented young specialists in prestigious foreign educational, scientific and other institutions, further improvement of the system of protection of young people in need of social protection, selection of personnel and improvement of their qualifications defined.

Measures aimed at supporting the employment of young people and forming a new generation of reserve personnel among talented young people, involving them widely in science, supporting the ideas and initiatives of talented young people "at the Forum of Youth and Students of Uzbekistan in the field of state policy on youth program of additional measures to ensure the implementation of the specified priority tasks" was also included.

Based on the "Youth - 2030" strategy of the United Nations Organization, which defines the strategic goals and priorities of the development of the state policy on youth, the concept of development of the state policy on youth in Uzbekistan until 2025, supporting potential young personnel and preparing them for public civil service , activities aimed at ensuring competitiveness in the labor market, increasing social activity, supporting youth public organizations and volunteer activities took place. Electoral culture formed by electoral institutions and mass media is an integral part of society's culture. The use of non-traditional, new methods, the use of forms that can attract the attention of young people, and the use of innovative approaches in events aimed at developing the political consciousness of young people, creating stable knowledge and skills on the election will be highly effective.

Taking these aspects into account, the National Program of Actions for Improving the Electoral Culture of the Population included measures to improve the electoral literacy of pupils and students.

Attracting young people to work in election commissions is also a highly effective tool. This can be seen from the fact that in 2019, 144 (8.9 percent) members of district election commissions holding elections to the Legislative Chamber and 20,394 (18.4 percent) members of precinct election commissions were young people under 30 years old. .

Young men and women under the age of 30 make up 9% of the district election commissions holding the presidential election of the Republic of Uzbekistan this year, and 17.3% of the members of precinct election commissions are young people.

This is another practical expression of the constant attention and care shown in our country to protect the rights and interests of young people, to create the necessary conditions for them to show their potential.

Youth's electoral institute - the activity of observing elections is a manifestation of their participation in the political life of the state. Citizens of Uzbekistan who have reached the age of 18 have the right to vote and observe the counting of votes on election day.
